Just to keep you up to date, we have gone from 57% participation at the beginning of December to 67.3% in our 401(k) plan (May).  My goal for the entire year was a 10% increase and we’ve reached that already!  I owe that in large part to your fabulous presentation and encouragement.  I often refer to your investment guidance when discussing the 401(k) with our associates, new and current alike.  Our folks remember you fondly – especially the Wal-Mart scenario.  I always have you in mind as we move forward with our 401(k) and count on you as a resource for future presentations!

Equifax:  Here at Equifax we have used his organization to deliver workshops to our employees.  They were designed to help them understand their own specific situation and have those situations tie into the programs the company offers.  I think that Charles’ organization provides materials and guidance to be able to do this.  I am particularly impressed with the notebook that is available, the willingness to understand a companies policies and procedures as well as the service of being able to meet with a person one-on-one.

The Summit National Bank:   Mr. Read conducted his workshop at the Bank in October with great success and an overwhelming response from our staff.  His presentation skills were particularly impressive, and the workbook provided to each participant was an exceptional financial tool.  He is very adept in encouraging group interaction, and was patient and attentive to the questions and concerns of the staff.  Employees reported that they gained valuable insight by attending this workshop, and several made appointments for personal consultation.  I also took advantage of the personal consultation services offered and found his session equally helpful, and did not feel pressured to purchase any additional services.  My personal experience, as well as the company’s experience, with Mr. Read has been very rewarding and beneficial.
